  1. What are the components within this online programme?
    This online programme encompasses 3 online learning modules on AML and CFT topics. Each module is stand-alone with distinct learning objectives and encompasses a short MCQ assessment. For more information, please click here.

  2. Who will benefit from this online programme?
    This online programme is beneficial for all industry participants, including all Covered Persons, private bankers, assistant private bankers, financial adviser representatives, asset managers, compliance and risk management personnel, law enforcement officers, legal professionals, corporate services providers, auditors, accountants, trust practitioners, wealth planners, anyone who deals with trust and corporate structures, as well as anyone interested in joining the wealth management industry and interested in learning more about AML risk management.

  4. What are the devices/browsers that I should use to conduct my application and payment for this online programme?

  5. What should I do if I am unable to upload my attachment during my application?
    You may be unable to upload your attachment because your attachment’s file size has exceeded the upload capacity of less than 1MB. Please check your attachment file size and reduce the file size to less than 1MB.

  6. What are the applicable programme fees?
    This online programme only entails an administration fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of 7% GST) payable online by credit/debit card during your application. Please note that the administration fee is non-refundable and you will receive an e-receipt within 2 - 3 days after your successful payment.

    The programme fees for this online programme is sponsored by UBS.

  7. How can I check if my payment is successful?
    Upon completion of payment through the submission of your card details and OTP, your payment pop-up will be refreshed to reflect a successful payment notification.

    After you have closed the payment pop-up, you will also view a successful payment notification on the main application page and receive a confirmation email. You may confirm your payment by clicking on the “Verify Payment Status” button on the main application page.

    If you do not observe a successful payment notification or receive a confirmation email, do not re-submit your card details and OTP as there may be a delay with your bank’s confirmation of payment. Please contact your bank to confirm the payment transaction.

    Thereafter, please allow processing time and check your payment transactions records and your email account for a confirmation email within the next 2 - 3 days.

  8. When can I access this online programme?
    You will be emailed an NTU account with 2 days after your successful application and payment. You will be able to access this online programme after you have activated your NTU account. If you do not receive an email containing your NTU account, please note to check your junk/spam folder.

    Note: If you would like to access and complete the modules of this online programme to obtain your CPD hours within the year, you are strongly encouraged to register early in the year and complete your modules early.

  9. Is there a deadline for the completion of this online programme?
    This online programme will be open for access and participation annually for the duration of UBS’ sponsorship of 3 years.

  10. Can I receive a certificate upon completion of this online programme?
    You will be emailed an e-certificate within 30 days upon successful passing and completion of each module of this online programme. If you successfully pass and complete all 3 modules, you will obtain 3 e-certificates.

    If you do not receive an email containing your e-certificate within 30 days, please note to check your junk/spam folder.

  11. Can the completion of this online programme provide me with CPD hours?
    You can be provided 1 CACS CPD hour / 1 Supplementary FA CPD hour for the successful passing and completion of each module. If you successfully pass and complete all 3 modules, you can be provided 3 CACS CPD hours / 3 Supplementary FA CPD hours.

    Please note that the provision of CACS CPD hour / Supplementary FA CPD hour is dependent on your successful passing and completion of the module(s) within the calendar year.

  1. How do I access this online programme?
    You will receive an email containing information about your NTU account and instructions on the access to this online programme within 2 - 3 days after your successful application and payment.

    If you do not receive an email containing your NTU account, please note to check your junk/spam folder.

  2. What should I do if I have forgotten my username and/or password that are to be used to access the online programme?

  4. Must I complete this online programme in one seating?
    You may pause your participation in the modules of this online programme and resume at a later time. Upon relaunch of the incomplete module, you will be automatically directed to the section where you last left off.

  5. What should I do if:
    • The module abruptly hangs on my browser?

    • I am encountering a blank screen / unable to successfully load the content during the viewing of the modules?

    • I am encountering other technical problems during my participation in this online programme?

    Please close the browser of the module and relaunch the module again. Upon relaunch of the module, you will be automatically directed to the section where you last left off.

    As your participation experience may be affected by your choice of device, browser and network connection speed, you are strongly recommended to use the following browsers and devices and ensure a network connection speed of at least 15 mbps.
