Dr Martin C. Huber

Martin C. Huber is a senior partner, working in McKinsey's German office.

Since joining the firm in 1996, he has been serving clients in the European, Middle-Eastern and Asian financial services industry. He serves asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors on a wide range of topics (strategy, distribution, digital, investment related themes, operational improvement).

Beside his client activities, Martin is the co-leader of McKinsey's Global Wealth and Asset Management practice. He is also co-leading McKinsey’s Partner election committee and leads McKinsey’s women initiative in Europe and sits on the board of McKinsey’s investment office.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Martin, a native Austrian, worked as an Assistant Professor in the department of Civil and Corporate Law at the University of Economics in Vienna. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna and also holds a Master and Doctorate degree in Law from the University of Vienna as well as a Master of Law from the University of Chicago. He is also a member of the New York bar.​
